Arnaud Blandin is a pioneering strategist at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and impact measurement. As the founder of Beyond Institute, he has dedicated his career to integrating sustainability into the core strategies of corporations, private equity firms, and startups, helping them drive both profitability and positive environmental and social impact.

With over 20 years of global experience, Arnaud has worked with Fortune 500 companies, investment funds, and innovation hubs, spearheading initiatives in circular economy, energy transition, AI-driven sustainability solutions, and impact finance. His engagements include working with leading firms such as ENGIE, Michelin, Johnson & Johnson, Eurofins, Oracle, Tikehau Capital, and Temasek, helping them navigate the evolving landscape of ESG regulations, CSRD compliance, and sustainable business transformation.

  • Arnaud’s expertise is rooted in a strong engineering background, having contributed to NASA’s Mars rover mission before transitioning into business strategy and growth. As a sought-after educator, he mentors over 500 executives annually through institutions like INSEAD, HEC Paris, CEDEP, Singapore Management University, and SKEMA, equipping business leaders with the tools to drive systemic change.

    A firm believer in action over debate, Arnaud focuses on data-driven decision-making, technological innovation, and holistic economic transformation. He has founded and exited multiple startups, ranging from digital technology to management consulting, and is a recognized mentor at programs like Creative Destruction Lab and the Monaco Ocean Challenge.

    In 2024, his focus is on scaling impact-driven projects, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to increase transparency in sustainability, and fostering collaborations between policymakers, investors, and business leaders to build the regenerative economy of the future.

    His guiding principles: Be real, focus on what matters, act with purpose, and create meaningful impact. He will additionally be a Keynote Speaker at the Monaco Ocean Summit 2025 and his book co-authored with 30 professionals on AI will be coming out later this year.

    With a Master of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from ENSEEIHT and executive education from INSEAD, Arnaud continues to shape the future of sustainable innovation, impact investment, and international business strategy. His work empowers boards, executives, and entrepreneurs to drive meaningful change through technology, data, and responsible leadership.

Agnes Kwek

Agnes has over 20 years of career in the Singapore Administrative Service, with diverse portfolios in defence, labour policy, grassroots organisation and social welfare, public service innovation, transportation and creative industry development. She has over a decade of experience in public sector transformation - across the entire spectrum from strategy development, business operations to organisational development - giving her a unique perspective on driving large-scale systems change.

Her mission is to translate all her practical experience into pragmatic, actionable training for leaders who need to manage complexity. Agnes has trained over 500 senior executives in complexity management, design thinking and systems thinking with clients such as the Singapore Government, ST Engineering, EY Design Studio (US), and non-profits like The Equity Initiative and Centre Europeen d’Education Permanente (European Center for Executive Development). She is an in-house consultant with the Oceanus Group, a Singapore publicly listed food security company, and drives its global brand development and business transformation. She sits on the Board of Directors for School of Design, University of Cergy-Pontoise, France.

After a long and successful professional career with the eye care leader Essilor International, Jayanth retired as its Chief Mission Officer and Executive committee member in 2021. As the first Chief Mission Officer in a Global MNC, Jayanth is a well-known top management professional in the global eye health space and a well-respected practitioner of Corporate Purpose and Sustainability in the World. During his tenure with Essilor, he is credited with launching and developing the business in India and in many other countries. One of the highlights is creating first-time primary eye care access to over 500 million people living in low and middle-income countries. With extensive experience in creating and building successful businesses in various markets around the World, Jayanth is a very well-known Corporate intrapreneur and an expert in the emerging markets.

Jayanth serves on many boards of large Global Non-Profits in the Eye care space and other large eye health acceleration initiatives. Jayanth has extensive experience in corporate governance in one of the largest CAC 40 MNC and many not for profits and advocacy organizations.
