WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
Five outputs anchored to a real challenge from your organisation.
01
Strategic lens
A sustainability strategy lens grounded in long-term value creation, anchored in the 7 Principles of a Sustainable Company, and stress-tested against their business context.
02
Working AI prototype
A working AI prototype built around a real sustainability question from their own organisation — not a generic demo. Something they can iterate on with their team and put in front of their CFO or executive committee.
03
Three initiatives
Three concrete AI × sustainability initiatives mapped to their organisation: one value-protection (Adapt), one value-creation (Thrive), and one strategic option (Catalyse) to explore. Each with an owner, a 90-day plan, and a governance logic that has been tested with peers.
04
Prioritisation system
A structured way to evaluate and prioritise AI use cases against business value, strategic risk, and feasibility — including a tool scrutiny framework for regulated and assurance-driven contexts.
05
90-day execution plan
A 90-day execution plan, defended in front of faculty and peers, and revisited at the Day 60 clinic.
THE FORMAT
Frame, build, defend, ship.
A decision lab, not a course. Every session builds toward a 90-day plan you defend in front of peers and faculty — and revisit 60 days later.
DAY 1
29 Oct 2026 · 09:00–17:00
Sense & Structure
From complexity to strategic clarity. The 7 Principles, executive-grade AI fundamentals, and a 2.5-hour build window where you ship a working v0.1 of your prototype.
DAY 2
30 Oct 2026 · 09:00–17:00
Decide & Deploy
From insight to impact. The CFO conversation, the Adapt / Thrive / Catalyse framework with Schneider Electric cases, prototype stress-test, and a mini-capstone defence of your three initiatives and 90-day plan.
DAY 60
Date confirmed at end of Day 2
Clinic
A 90-minute virtual checkpoint. What has moved, what has stalled, the top decision you are facing. The fixed date in the diary that makes the 60 days before it count.
